Locked ignition barrel

Had the battery replaced. The truck started fine got home shut it off went to leave again and the ignition barrel is locked. Steering wheel is free. Unhooked battery tried to free it up, sprayed wd40 still locked.

It sounds like the key tumbler has gone bad which is common. Here are diagrams to help you change it out. Get the new one from the dealer, bring your VIN so they can program it for you.
