lock cylnder housing

So , i cant seem to find anything or any replacement information on the housing itself for the lock cylinder. in particular the ignition actuator pin. The very end of this part that passes through the section of a rotating rod, the end of this that turns the ignition switch itself snapped, making it nowhere near strong enough to turn the switch, a screwdriver still works just fine The white plastic needle itself looks rough as well. I cant seem to find replacement parts for this, so is this something specific that you must replace the entire steering column behind the steering wheel? or can you technically switch that whole assembly with a similar year cavalier, (mine is manual shift), Second question, Even if your car starts with a screwdriver, with the anti-theft light and service light on, as well as those systems clearly working, how do you get those lights off of the cluster panel? do you have to still do the passlock reset regardless? Im at a loss, if anyone can steer me in the right direction. Thanks
