We have a 1995 Chevy Lumina car with a 3.1 engine, and we are unable to find the down stream oxygen sensor. We have looked under the car along the entire exhaust, and are still unable to find where it is located.

It should be located on the exhaust. If you look in between the motor and the firewall you will see the upstream o2 sensor. If you crawl under the car and look behind the cat you will see the downstream O2. That is where the SHOULD be located.

I hope this helps.

I found the one by the firewall, and followed the exhaust to the catalytic converter, and then followed the exhaust back, but I can still only find the 1 o2 sensor. Is it possible that I just have 1 o2 sensor?
