Where is the starter located?

Hi all,

Just in the thick of trying to change the starter but there appears online so many different layouts of the Picasso engine I can’t see anything that helps. I sincerely appreciate any assistance.

Unfortunately, we are based in the United States, and I don't have any information for your vehicle. However, after doing some searching, I found a quick video I think will help you.

This Video is for a 2006 Citroen Xsara but doesn't say if it is a 1.6L or not. Looks like it is on the back of the motor closer to the top. Removing the air cleaner might be necessary to gain access from above.
