Location of speed sensors?

Transmission will not shift. Code P0722 (transaxle output speed sensor). Where is it located? I can't find it or the input sensor. Google is no help!

Hi Fboone,

Here is the testing for this code and then the location of the output speed sensor. Let me know if you need more information. Check out the images (Below). Please let us know if you need anything else to get the problem fixed.

Thanks for the information. Will I have to remove the plastic shield to access the sensors?

I don't think so. It shows that it just has a bolt holding it in but then again, these illustrations are not completely accurate. Unfortunately, this is all the detail that this procedure gives.
