I’ve already replaced the engine temperature coolant sensor that’s located near the thermostat. I’m having trouble finding the location of the second one.

These codes points to a bad PCM or you have a engine that is overheating, can I ask if you had the battery disconnected recently? Here is a guide that may help

https://www.2carpros.com/articles/symptoms-of-an-overheating-engine/

P2185 – Engine Coolant Temperature Sensor 2 Circuit High Voltage

P1607 on Chrysler/Dodge commonly points to a PCM internal shutdown timer / power interruption / temperature-related rationality issue, and it can show up after battery disconnection, low voltage, or a PCM power/ground problem.

Also, how is the connector at the second engine coolant temperature sensor, if the connector or wiring is bad it can create this code as well.

Yes when I changed the engine temperature coolant sensor two I disconnected the battery to do that. When I did the sensor one I redid the harness on it so I’m understanding what you said correctly I might need to do the sensor two harness as well.

That could be, yes, I would try clearing the codes again and driving the car just in case there is a glitch.

Yep, that is a sign the PCM is bad. Here is the location which is under the hood on the left side so you can send the PCM for testing/repairs. Also, check the electrical connector for corrosion, this can cause weird codes as well. We use this company they seem to know their stuff.
