Where is the ECM located?

I lost keys to my truck listed above Heritage XL with a 4.6L Triton. I now must replace ECM before programming new.

This location is for all 2004 f150 models except Heritage...

Yep, good call, it is under the dash on the passenger's side near the fuse panel. Below are the diagrams.
