Hi,
The control module is near the shifter. To access it, you will need to go in from the passenger side of the vehicle, remove the carpeted side of the console and one of the plastic HVAC air ducts.
If you look below, I attached a pic of the location and the directions for removal and replacement. Make sure to follow the directions indicated to prevent an accidental engagement of one of the airbags.
