Where is the fuel relay reset button located?

There isn't one. You might be thinking of the inertia switch used on Fords. Those cause almost as much trouble as they prevent.

GM and Chrysler engines use a crankshaft position sensor, a camshaft position sensor, or some type of pick-up assembly. When you turn on the ignition switch, the Engine Computer turns on power to the fuel pump for one second, then it gets turned back off. Next, when the engine is rotating, as in being cranked, signal pulses from the sensors tells the computer to turn power back on to the fuel pump, ignition coils, and injectors. This is a safety system. If a fuel line became ruptured in a crash, the fuel pump would dump raw gas onto the ground, creating a huge fire hazard. Instead, with no fuel pressure, the engine can't run. When the engine stalls, signal pulses stop arriving from the sensors. That tells the computer to turn the fuel pump relay off. That stops the gas from pumping onto the ground.
