I am rebuilding a used 5.3L LM7 as per your (Ryan's) YouTube videos. I am at the point of figuring out where to connect the EVAP Vapor Canister Purge Valve Solenoid tube up to the heads toward the rear of the engine.
Mine is from a Wrecking yard so this tube is cut off.
I would like to install the EVAP equipment if I can reconstitute the system. But if it is too much trouble then I could be talked out of it. I am in AZ and it will be installed into a Vintage titled SUV so no need for emissions checking.
I have also retrofitted the fuel tank with a gm in-tank fuel pump with three tubes coming out of the top. One for fuel pressure to rails, one for vent to filler neck and the last one for evap cannister (I think.)?
Thanks!

Hey there!

Thanks so much for watching the series! So, in this situation without needing emissions, I would not even worry about EVAP.

I would grab something like this:

Then just run a regulator from the feed side of the pump and have the return back to the tank. It is just a matter of running the fuel line up to the fuel rail and you should be good.

Thanks for using 2CarPros!

Best,
Ryan
