brake & dome lights won't go off

1994 town car brake lights and inside dome and door lights won't turn off when started and not started. It runs the battery down. Please help

Check the brake switch at the brake pedal bracket maybe it needs adjustment or replacement

Dome and door lights, you have a short to ground after the load-if its before the load it will blow a fuse.
