92 Lincoln Town Car Wiper motor

I have a 92 Lincoln Town Car and I need to know the fuse location for the wiper motor and how to remove and install the wiper motor ? thanks !

Disconnect battery ground cable. Remove rear hood seal, then the wiper arm assemblies. Remove cowl vent screens and disconnect washer hoses from jets. Disconnect electrical connectors from wiper motor. Remove wiper assembly retaining screws, then lift assembly, Fig. 10. Unsnap and remove wiper linkage cover. Remove linkage retaining clip from motor operating arm. Remove motor retaining screws, then the motor. Reverse procedure to install.
