2003 Lincoln Town Car Car stalls

Last Thursday I had been using the car all morning. I shut it off and when started it felt rough ( no problems before ) when I tried ti take of there was no power, I had been successful to finally get to a faster speed by playing with the pedal ,. at speds 25 or higher no problem. again when coming to a stop the car idles down and stalls or runs so low that all the isterment lights come on . I play with the pedle to pick up rpms.

The mechcanic has changed the oxygen senser, fuel filter and fuel pump , no inplovement yet

Can you help, I cannot continue to pay for him to change parts that he guesses are no good

is the engine light glowing in instrument panel? if not then the fuel pressure and spark at the plugs will need checked. as well as cylinder compression.
