Engine not cranking over

My 02 Lincoln Towncar will not start. . Check the relays seems fine. Had a lock service to come out because I thought that the key had deactivated but that wasn't it. change the computer out ans still will turn over but no crank. no fire to fuel pump what will cause this. I'm a 37 yr old single mother of 5 work in the automotive business for 5 yrs just don't know whats wrong
