My T-Car occasionally makes this loud, low rumbling sound. Seems to be a "hydraulic" like sound to me. Happens when the engine is hot or cold, running or not. The sound seems to come from the front corner, driver's side of the engine compartment.

Appreciate any ideas or suggestions. Thanks!

This sounds like the air compressor running your rear air suspension. It will come on with the ignition turned off or on, to help level the car automatically.
