My T-Car occasionally makes this loud, low rumbling sound. Seems to be a "hydraulic" like sound to me. Happens when the engine is hot or cold, running or not. The sound seems to come from the front corner, driver's side of the engine compartment.

Appreciate any ideas or suggestions. Thanks!
