2001 Lincoln Town Car Engine fan temperature switch

2001 Lincoln Town Car V8

I have bought a temperature switch which is suppose to tell the fan when to turn on to keep my car from over heating. My problem is I cant find the old one to replace. Do u know where the engin fan temperature switch is located??
