How do you do a tune up on my lincoln town car is all I need to know? Can I do it myself or do I have to take it in?

If your mechanically inclined you can do this. first you should change your spark plugs and check your wires. run some fuel system cleaner through the tank, change the fuel filter first.
Oil change.
and air filter change and you should be good, Take it in and have the EGR valve and ports cleaned and the PCV valve changed.
