2000 Lincoln Town Car not charging battery

I had a problem when driving battery went dead system was not charing so i change the alternator and changed the battery but still the charge was not enuff to charge the system I change the alternator once angain to make sure i did not get a faulty one but I still have the same problem what should I look for?

Check voltage at alt. connector on the Black/orange and yellow/white wires.
