1999 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

blower does not work at any speed. fuse is good, im getting power to the blower motor. i bought new blower moter and plugged it in and it did not work. replaced ac relay too. please help me, thank you filky.

Hi some time has passed since your posting you may have this resolved ? My 2 cents. I am not a pro mechanic but do have the Ford manual for this car.
Having confirmed power to the motor and having replaced it with no resolution you may have a bad new motor, or consider revisiting your test and method used to confirm power to the motor.

There could be a problem with the blower speed controler or the electronic automatic temprature controler (EATC) or related connectors. If you are familiar with the use of a volt/ohm meter you should be able to proceed with a service manual or perhaps Alldata at a library.
