No hot air comes out. What can I do?

Hi: I am not a pro mechanic, just a guy that works on cars..
1st, Is blower working? > Low-Med High Can you feel good air flow through vents?
2nd, Is the engine warming up >temp gauge?
Is coolent level in the reservoir OK?
