1998 Lincoln Town Car Vacuum Hose

1998 Lincoln Town Car Automatic

I removed my dashboard and a two small hoses just under the steering wheel got disconnected from inside the back of the engine area. I do not know where they connect. How do I get there?

if you can't go through the firewall from inside or go underneath the engine area under car than will not be fun at all, may have to start removing components until you gain access.
