1998 Lincoln Town Car Oxygen sensor

I have a "check engine soon" light on the dash and the Auto Zone guy tells me it is my oxygen sensor. I see two sensors just before the converter. Is this what I need to replace?

First off, the printout should say Bank 1 sensor 1 or 2 or bank 2 sensor 1 or 2...retest the codes and pinpoint the part first!
If it's sensor 1 yes those are the front sensors, upstream from converters, sensor 2's are behind, or downstream...
