1998 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

My anti theift alarm with the flashing lights keeps going off the only way to stop it is by turning on the car as soon as I turn if off the alarm goes off is there a fuse I can pull or replace to fix this problem?
