Heater problem
1998 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I have a 1998 town car. I replaced the thermostat, but the heat is just alittle warm and if you drop the temp, it doesn't get any cooler. it's almost like its stuck at this one temp. any ideas? or is there a way to check the codes on the heater controls? Thanks

Warm engine to operating temp and check heater core hoses are they both hot
and if so suspect and check blend door and actuator
located on the right side of the HVAC box
behind the glove box to the left
if one hot and one cool or luke warm
heater core need to be flushed
isolate heater core hoses from engine side and flush
