i recenly purchased this 96 TC from an indavidual, i have started to notice a high pitched humming noise from under the hood somewhere, i thought maybe it was the belt but after inspecting it, it appears to be fairly new, not worn or frayed. The car did sit for about 8 months waiting to be sold, it was a 1 owner vehicle and they took GREAT care of it, but this noise is annoying, any suggestions would help and be very appreciated.
