Electrical problem
1996 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Car has been setting without being driven for soem time.
Battery was down. Replaced battery.
Car cranks but does not start.
Could it possibly be that the electric fuel pump needs resetting?
If so, how do I do it?
