1995 Lincoln Town Car engine frozzed

i frozzed the engine this winter can it just fix it or do i have to get a nother one and yes it was due for an oil change in i feel stupid but it is my first car

Remove the sparkplugs and pour a pint of cocacola in each cylinder and give time to soak in-then attempt to turn the crankshaft manually and see what happens
