my wipers work fine delay, low and high. When i turn them off the don't reset and go down. they just stay straigh up.

Hi there,
This is called self parking, and is controlled by the switching with in the wiper motor, you will have to get the motor repaired or replaced, or just turn them off at the bottom of the screen.
