The metal hydraulic brake lines that run to the rear wheels must be replaced. What must be done in order to get to the connection point at the front end of the line? When looking up at this area from under the car you can hardly see it much less get a line wrench on the fittings. Would removing the inner fender panel help?Thanxs in advance for any help.

With just the wheel and tire off, you should be able to reach the union at the center of the rear axle. Is that what your needing?

Not really, I have no problem with rear of the line access. What I have no idea how to get to is the front connection of the line. From under the car you can see it but can't reach it. I need to know what I have to remove to get to the distribution block where the line ties into.

Well. 8 years later and I have the same question as WIZNVIC on 1994 Lincoln Town Car. You can barely see the distribution block where the brake lines tie into. Looked at removing the inner fender liner but way too much electrics are attached and difficult removal anyway since everything rusted. Appreciate help if anyone knows whether going at it from the top and removing master cylinder and booster is the way to go. I don't see any way to access brake line fittings from bottom up.
