Today, my daughter flooded the engine on this car. After getting is started, we noticed that there is now some white exhaust smoke.

Prior to the flooding, this did not occur. The smoke dissipates instantly. And I don't notice a smell.

Shortly after getting the car started, it did stall out at a stop light.

The engine runs smoothly and does not miss.

Any ideas?

Your Daughter is not guilty you have develped a leaking head gasket. The white smoke is antifreeze the hard start is due to coolant in cumbustion chamber. The smell is burning antifreeze.
