1993 Lincoln Town Car Brake Lights do not work car stuck in

How do I replace the brakelight switch? The car is also stuck in park. Ibelieve these two items are somehow connected. Please help.

You will find the brake switch at the brake pedal bracket support very simple remove and plug it back in and adjust if necessary.

At fuse panel check no.12 15amp it powers the stoplights, hazards, shift interlock and speed control-
