The Anti-Lock Break light is on. I have had a diagnostic test run. It indicated that I need a wheel speed sensor. Where is this located on my car? Is it difficult to replace on my own? i.e. do I need special tools.

The diagnostic test did not indicate front or back, simply 1 Wheel Speed Sensor. Does my car have more than 1 sensor? When it decides it wants to lock, it locks up tight. All four wheels will not move.

the most common is a sensor per wheel
check around the calipers for the sensor
but what you need is the code
to pin point the troubled area
