1992 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

I HAVE A 92 LINCOLN TOWN CAR AND TODAY THE POWER WINDOWS STOPPED WORKING ALONG WITH THE CLOCK AND MY STEREO. DO YOU KNOW IF THIS IS A FUSE AND WHERE WOULD I GO TO REPLACE IT. OR COULD IT BE SOMETHING ELSE?
