Could some generous mechanic send me the diagram for under the dash?
1.) Where & in which box are the blinker fuse(s) and rear tri-brake light fuses (# and Volt?)?

Under my brake pedal I see a wire with a male end unplugged
2.) Where is the female intake? (Other answers suggest my brake light issue may lie here)

there is no pictures in the schemqtics we have but the most common failure for the brake lights on this vehicle is the wire breaking off of the brake light switch under the dash and can be fixed by replacing the connector at the end or installing female connectors at the switch. the wire color is green and black(im pretty sure)
