1989 Lincoln Town Car Fuse diagram

I do not have an owner's manual for my Lincoln Towncar (Cartier) and I need to find out which fuse in the box is controlling the cruise control, cigarette lighter and horn. I know from previous experience with this model that all three are linked to one fuse but when I look at the fuse box I cannot find which one is the issue. Can you tell me or show me where to look or provide the fuse diagram for this model? Thank you so much for your time and consideration.
