1987 Lincoln Town Car inside lights out, clock out, auto door

I opened car door at 2:15, pressed door lock button to open all doors and discovered that interior lights, clock and all door locks would not work. Clock stopped at 2:15. Can you help. Charles

Yup yup, I had a blown fuse that knocked out my lights and that beeping noise the car makes when the key is in the ignition and the door is open at the same time wouldnt stop beeping, DROVE ME NUTS lol
