1986 Lincoln Town Car windows in bind

our front drivers side window goes into bind when we lower it the vent works fine it is just the larg window. it was stuck for a while then one day it just shattered so we had to replace it when we did the raiser was our of the slot. we pur that back in replaced the window and bow when we try to use it the door frame flexes and it goes into bind. so we dont use it. but i am afraid it will shatter unexpectedly again. what is wrong with this door?

I the window is riding in the guides properly and the regulator is working like it should, the only thin I can think of that could bind the glass would be if the door frame is bent at the top. For things like this, i like to remove theregultaor and motor assembly adn move the glass up and down with my hand to feel where the problem is. I have seen the rubber in the guide move and bunch up causing the window to bind up
