1986 Lincoln Town Car serpintine belt

I have never owned a car with a serpintine belt before. I have a '86 Lincoln Towncar with a 5.0 with a serpintine belt. In order to change the belt, do I need to loosen all the accessories (smog pump, steering pump, alt, etc. ? or......?
I'm not sure if this car has a belt tensioner or not.
Where do I look for one?
Your help is appreciated.
