1986 Lincoln Town Car Amp light continues to burn

Electrical problem
1986 Lincoln Town Car V8 Two Wheel Drive Automatic

Have replaced the generator, Battery cables, Starter, Solenoid and New Battery. The Amp light still burns and if we drive the car the Battery drains itself because their is no charging occuring.
I need to know what I am missing. Don't know where to go from here

Does it have an internal or external voltage regulator? You might wanna have the alternator load test
