I have 05 Lincoln Aviator AWD V8-4.6L DOHC. Recently the car has been popping a P0306 and a P0316(cylinder 6 misfire). I replaced all the the spark plugs, checked the gap on each plug, and replaced cylinder 6 ignition coil. When I clear the codes with my AutoScanner diagnostic tool, it comes back after about 20 miles or so. I also checked the wire harness going to cylinder 6 fuel injector and everything was fine. I doubt it is the fuel injector itself, but I don't know I put some fuel injection cleaner in my car yesterday and drove it for a while, still same problem! Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

P0316 tells me you had a miss fire within the first revs of engine and you will need to test the crank shaft position sensor and camshaft position sensor all so try this change coil with another cylender and see if the misfire changes to that cylender
