Water must have flooded the electric parts & caused an electric short circuit. Next time try to avoid water from flooding your engine, check your fuses & relay box under the engine hood on the driver side. You will find a solution in the cars manual to find which fuse was damaged.

Turns out, it was the turn signal module in steering column(includes hazard switch!
