Door locks

99 navigator. After locking doors the doors will unlock at random times. Sometimes I can hear the locks activate every second for minutes at a time as if I was pressing the remote unlock button every second. The dome light and running board light also go on. I swap relay switches to no avail. I put new batteries in the remote control to no avail.
