2004 Lincoln Navigator tire change gone bad??

I recently bought a navi.....the dealer put on new tires but did not turn off the suspension sstem and the car says check air suspension and tire pressure fault......i feel this was done because they did not turn off the system before putting on the new tires....is there any way to reset the system without having to pay an arm and a leg? everything still works....just says to check and tire pressure system fault...please help!

Hello 205kandi Check your tire pressure: front=30 rear = 35 just to make sure because tire pressure changes according to temperature for which they where inflated that time. If pressure is good, a second possibility is that the pressure sensors have gone to "sleep" and need to be resetThat happens after tire rotaion or tire change. There is a reset tool available, something like this

cost around $349 or you can take it back to the dealer and tell them that the tpms light came on after they put new tires on and what can they do about it, because resetting the sensor should be part of the job. .
