2004 Lincoln Navigator Air suspension problem

Front drivers side is sitting almost on tire and the drivers side rear is low as well. Passenger side car height is fine. I do not hear the compressor come on, is there a relay or something that may not be turning on the compressor? i think the compressor still works, so why is one side so low?

I also have a 2004 Navigator with the exact problem on the Drivers fron and rear, what is the solution????? My compressor does come on but does not raise it to the same level as the other side?? What did you find out is there something that Lincoln needs to fix?? NEED HELP, thanks
