2004 Lincoln Navigator V8 Front Wheel Drive Automatic

the front is not coming up but the back is coming up i changed bags,height censors,shocks,compressor pump please help

This is a terribly designed system. I recommend converting it and doing away with the air altogether. Do you want to work on it?....or drive it?
