Remove the door trim panel, use a philips screw driver at the bottom of the panel, 3 screws down there, then use a trim panel tool to pop the anchors loose. The mirror is held by 3 screws. You want to remove the glass first by tilting it out and down, then grab a corner and pull it off. now you can get at the connectors and unplug them.
