the question is why do you need a caliper reset tool for the rear break pads what is the diffrence from the rear and the frount how come a c-clamp wont work?

Are you refering to a tool to twist the caliper back in? If so, that is because the park brake screws out as the brake pads wear. However, I believe you have the park brake behind the rotor. Check and let me know if that is where it is. It will be a small set of brake shoes inside a drum (the rear of the rotor).
