1998 Lincoln Mark VIII no heat or warm air

Thank you for taking the time for this. My lincoln is near mint condition. Everything works except there is no warm or hot air coming from the blown air. Thermo maybe?

Check the heater hoses when the engine is up to temp. They both should be hot, if one is not, try backflushing the heater core.
