how do I disconnect ignition lock from dash
to finish removing dash assy?
can't find remaining fasteners on blend door assy.
have removed 3 attaching nuts, and one attached by
small bracket top middle.
it still won't come out.
is it the hose connections from heater core?
if not, what is the trick?

Unbolt the column from the dash and let it rest on the seat.Just be careful of the indicator cable. As far as the actuator, Im pretty sure it is just 3 screws holding it to the HVAC plenum, you may have to pop it off the shaft. The entire HVAC assembly requires the a/c be evacuated and the heater hoses be removed. There are also mounting nuts on the firewall that hold it in
